SHIPPING POLICY

We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover and debit card. Your order will be shipped to the address you entered once it is processed.

We make every effort to ship orders quickly. Most orders will ship within 3 - 5 business days of receipt.  Orders placed on weekends and holidays are considered received on the following business day. Similarly, orders placed after 1:00 pm MST on weekdays will be considered received on the following business day.

Large orders can take longer to produce and ship, so order accordingly. If an order will be delayed or can’t ship complete, we will make every effort to contact customers directly.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING OPTIONS

An email is required to arrange for expedited/air shipping*. Next-Day air requests must be received prior to 1:00 pm MST. All expedited shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
The website does not offer expedited shipping options such as next day air, 2-day air or Saturday delivery, so if these services are needed, email your order! Contact Remount Customer Service at info@remountequine.com (Mon.-Fri. 9-5 MST.)

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We would like to ship internationally if the destination country legally allows hemp products. Please verify with your country's laws prior to purchase.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
